About MARC. The Mindful Awareness Research Center (MARC) is a partner of the Norman Cousins Center for Psychoneuroimmunology within the Jane and Terry Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior at UCLA. Free mindfulness sessions at 7pm GMT/BST every Wednesday. Led by Prof Willem Kuyken, the OMC’s Director, and other senior teachers. These sessions are designed for people who’ve completed an 8-week course, or who have an established mindfulness practice.
